Get out to Jacksonville Pumpkin Fest while staying in temporary housing in Jacksonville

Jacksonville Pumpkin Fest is a seasonal fall event at Amazing Grace Family Farms with pumpkins, sunflower fields, a crop maze, food, and family-friendly attractions. In 2026, the event series runs on Fridays and Saturdays throughout October, plus Monday, October 12. It’s a good pick if you want classic autumn activities, photo ops, and an easy day trip from Jacksonville.

Does Corporate Suite Shoppe Work With Military Personnel and Contractors?

We house active duty personnel, contractors, and civilian staff connected to Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport, offering furnished housing close to both bases. You get a private, fully equipped apartment instead of scrambling to find short-term housing near base.

How Close Are Your Apartments to the Bases?

We select properties with a reasonable commute to both NAS Jacksonville and Mayport, so your drive time stays manageable whichever base you are assigned to. You spend less time commuting and more time settling into your assignment.

Can You Accommodate a Standard PCS or TDY Timeline?

We structure our leases to work with typical permanent change of station and temporary duty timelines, so you are not locked into a term that does not match your orders. You tell us your dates and we build the lease around them.

It is our pleasure to provide this information. If you are traveling to the Jacksonville area for furnished apartments or are in need of temporary housing please consider Corporate Suite Shoppe. Please give us a call at 844-770-5109 to discuss your plans.
